- How do I sign up for Bill Pay?
- Is there a way to set up payments electronically?
- After I submit a payment, how long does it take to reach the intended company?
- How many payees can I have?
Q: Is there a way to set up payments electronically?
A: All payments are initially set up as check payments. After the initial set up, the bill payment center will analyze all payees to determine which can be paid electronically. If a payee qualifies, the system will automatically convert the payment status to electronic. However, even with electronic payees, payments need to be submitted three business days before it’s due.
Q: After I submit a payment, how long does it take to reach the intended company?
A: For check payments, please allow 6 business days before it’s due. For electronic payments, allow three business days.
Q: How many payees can I have?
A: From your electric bill to the babysitter, you can have unlimited payees.
