Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs)
  MAKING YOUR DREAMS A REALITY

What if...you could make your dream a reality?

You can with a PSCU Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC). Use the equity in your home to make home improvements, take your dream vacation, pay for college tuition, build an emergency fund or tackle your outstanding debt.

Saves Money
Our HELOCs offer fixed rates as low as 4.50% APR* (or prime minus 0.50%) for all advances made within the first 30 days of the loan period.

Maximize Your Value
You may borrow up to 100% of the equity in your home.

Flexible, Affordable Payment Options
With our Interest Only option, you pay only the interest accrued on purchases each month. Or choose our 1% of Balance Option and pay off both interest and principle each month. Your low minimum monthly payment will be 1% of the outstanding balance.

Terms for both HELOCs are 15 years, consisting of a 5-year advance (draw period) and a 10-year amortized repayment period. There is no prepayment penalty.

Convenient Access
Access to your funds is easy with unlimited check writing or fund transfers to your checking or savings accounts either in person, or through My Account Home Banking or CHAT.

Tax Deductible Interest**
Take advantage of the benefits of tax deductible interest on a HELOC.
