Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is there a way to set up payments electronically?
All payments are initially set up as check payments. After the initial setup, the bill payment center will analyze all payees to determine which can be paid electronically. If a payee qualifies, the system will automatically convert the payment status to electronic. However, even with electronic payees, payments need to be submitted three business days before it’s due.

After I submit a payment, how long does it take to reach the intended company?
For electronic payments, it is necessary to schedule the payment at least three (3) business days prior to the due date. For check payments, it is necessary to schedule the payment at least six (6) business days prior to the due date.

How many payees can I have?
From your electric bill to the babysitter, you can have unlimited payees.
