My eBanking & Reg D

We want to let you know that transfers from share to share in My eBanking are subject to monthly limitations under Regulation D and your account agreement with Public Service Credit Union, and that these limitations went into effect on your savings account on April 1, 2015. (Please refer to the guide below for information regarding the transactions that are subject to these limitations.) There is no limitation on the number of “non-covered” transactions made each month.

TRANSACTION GUIDE
COVERED TRANSFERS & WITHDRAWALS NON-COVERED TRANSFERS & WITHDRAWALS
Transfers or withdrawals made to another account of the same depositor at the same financial institution, if made by:
·   preauthorized transfer
·   automatic transfer
·   by telephone, including fax
·   with the financial institution’s
home or Internet banking service
Transfers for the purpose of repaying loans and associated expenses at the same financial institution
Transfers or withdrawals to a third party, or to an account of the member at another financial institution, if made by:
·   preauthorized transfer
·   automatic transfer
·   by telephone, including fax
·   with the financial institution’s
home or Internet banking service
Transfers from one account of the depositor to another account of the same depositor, if made by:
·   mail
·   member’s messenger
·   ATM
·   in person
Transfers to a third party, or to an account of the member at another financial institution, if made by:
·   check
·   draft
·   debit card
·   similar order made by the depositor and payable to third parties
Withdrawals from the account, considered payments made directly to the depositor, if made by:
·   mail
·   messenger
·   ATM
·   in person
