Last year, in honor of Public Service Credit Union’s 75th anniversary, we announced that we would be giving 75 members an opportunity to make an impact in their community and spread the word that “together, we’re better.”
We couldn’t have been more thrilled with the response! Over 750 members signed up for the chance to receive $75 to donate to the charity or cause of their choice.
Here is just one example of one of the stories you shared with us. Thank you again to everyone who responded!
“This has been quite the year for my family. As a married 31-year-old mother of a toddler and an infant, I suffered a vertebral artery dissection followed by two cerebellar strokes in January of this year.
“When it came to *regaining* my life, Rocky Mountain Stroke Center (RMSC) was the resource we needed to help my family move forward into our new normal. With therapy and support from people who truly understood what we were going through, RMSC provided what we needed after I left the hospital.
“Everyone knows someone affected by a stroke…a parent, spouse, friend, neighbor, co-worker, or fellow church member. I encourage everyone to consider donating to RMSC in honor of those working to have a good life after stroke!”
